The Company strives to provide a safe and secure User experience by protecting the personal information (hereinafter referred to as “PII”) that resides with the Company. Keeping your PII safe, secure, and preventing any misuse thereof is therefore a top priority for the Company. The Company is firmly committed to protecting your privacy and has undertaken all necessary and reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of any information that users have shared with us on our platforms, ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV, as well as unregistered users whose information we source from publicly available data across websites.

The Company’s policy is to comply with data protection legislation. This policy also applies to the mobile version of ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV.

As mentioned in this Policy, PII shall mean and include any information that alone or in combination with other information is related to a specific identifiable individual person. By way of illustration and not limitation, PII includes an individual’s name, mobile, email ID, and address, etc.

This Privacy Policy forms part and parcel of the Terms for the use of the Platforms ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV.

ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV are talent and recruitment platforms based in India.

As a digital platform-based services company, ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV can be accessed from everywhere, and aspects of this Privacy Policy may not be applicable under the applicable Privacy Laws of the country from which ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV are being accessed. It is essential that you read this Privacy Policy in full to ensure you understand all aspects that apply to you.

  • Who is responsible for your Personal Information?

This section outlines that the legal entity SCIP Services and Solutions Private Limited, B-62 Palace Orchards, Kolar Road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, is responsible for the Personal Information we collect from you and clarifies when we are a controller or a processor of your Personal Information.

If you are a Candidate, when you use ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV platforms, we process information (and any Personal Information included within your profile). Here, we are the data processor, and the employer is the data controller. Please read the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) document, which provides further details on this topic and should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy.

  • What Personal Information do we collect?
  • To sign up as a Registered User on our platforms, ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV (whether you are a Candidate or an employer), you will provide basic information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and WhatsApp number. After authentication, you will have secure access to ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV.
  • The PII of candidates is collected after they create their RareCV profile, which includes education, experience, assessments, digital interviews, job-fit scores, and other relevant information, on ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV. The RareCV Profile is used to provide Candidates with services for job preparation, career development, and job application, as well as to Companies that search, evaluate, and recruit candidates on the ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV platforms. This is collected and stored with the company on ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV to enhance and provide career services and opportunities on the platform.
  • We also collect information that You submit when using the ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV platforms while using any service available on ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV, Information provided by You while participating in activities, which may include activity postings, survey responses, assessment responses, training, interviews, and any other data You generate, and Information You submit while using services including any associated third party support services.
  • We do not share your information with any third party for direct marketing or promotional purposes.

We also collect information from you in the following ways: Single Sign-on: If you choose to sign in to ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV with Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, or similar services, we import the requested information from your account, and we make it part of your profile.

This data is automatically collected through the use of Cookies that are part of or placed on your browser or your devices and is processed for the Company’s legitimate interest. We combine this information with personal data to help detect and prevent fraud. We also combine this data with your profile and resume to provide the best job search and hiring results.

Location Data

Home address, contact address, and/or device location when using a platform on your device. Your device’s location is only stored on your device and only if you have given your permission for the application to identify your location.

  • If you are a Minor User:

The Company does not specifically collect information about minors, i.e., people below the age of 16 years. Therefore, any information pertaining to minors shall only be provided on the Platform with the consent of their parents or guardians.

  • Do we collect Sensitive Information?

In most cases, we do not need to collect your Sensitive Information when you engage with us. You should not disclose any Sensitive Information to us which is not necessary or relevant to disclose. Candidates should be especially mindful of this during the Rare Profile preparation process.

However, there may be some situations where we do collect and handle your Sensitive Information such as:

  • You explicitly consent to us collecting and processing your Sensitive Information by voluntarily including such information within documents and other information provided by you to see employment or as part of a job application process or where you voluntarily include such information within your Profile.
  • There is another legal basis permitting us to collect such information.

Express Consent

  • You expressly consent to provide your details/information/documents to the Company under this Privacy Policy.
  • You while providing Your details/documents over the Platform, including but not limited to the personal information or other information as mentioned hereinabove, expressly consent to Company (including its marketing channels and Company’s engaged third party service provider /business partners) to contact You through SMS, call and/ or e-mail and to follow up calls in relation to the Services provided through the Platform, for imparting You service knowledge, offering promotional offers running on Platform & various other offers offered by Company’s engaged third party service provider /business partners. The nature and frequency of these messages will vary depending on the information we have about you.

Users will undergo an assessment and digital interview process, either directly with the Company or through the Company’s engaged third-party service provider or business partners. They may collect and retain a candidate’s name, email ID, phone number, educational qualifications, college details, employment history, job application details, and any other relevant information to maintain a record of their candidature, for job purposes, or for providing skill assessment services. Third parties/vendors can also collect and retain candidates' data in the form of selected responses to questions, voice, images, written text, and/or video, as part of their assessment process. This information is collected as part of a candidate's assessment for job or skill evaluation, or as part of the interview process, and may or may not result in the user's employment.

We provide you with ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV platform to prepare your Rare Profile, share it to maximize your career opportunities, and for hiring companies to discover, evaluate, and hire candidates. The information we gather as registered users may be shared with the following categories of third parties:

  • Employers/Hiring companies, and whom the User decides.
  • Other companies/third parties hired to provide services to ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV.
  • Third parties as required by law (Government authorities).
  • Other third parties when you give your consent to such sharing. Mergers, acquisitions, or restructurings
  • We provide you with the option to share your information and profile to maximize your career opportunities. The information we gather may be shared with the following categories of third parties:
  • By applying to a job, providing your contact information to show interest in a job, or by replying to a message from an employer, you consent to the disclosure of your information to that employer and to be contacted by such employer for employment-related purposes
  • We use the information we gather on ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV, whether personal, demographic, collective or technical, for the purposes of operating and improving the Web Site, fostering a positive user experience, and delivering the products and services that we offer. If you have provided consent for us to do so, we may also use the information we gather to inform you of other products or services available from us or our affiliated companies or to contact you about your opinion of current products and services or potential new products and services that may be offered and we may use your contact information in order to send you e-mail or other communications regarding updates at the Web Site to contact you about your opinion of current products and services or potential new products and services that may be offered and may also provide additional communications, promotions and information ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV website opportunities, and additional job postings which may be of interest to you.   • We do not share contact information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your consent unless you affirmatively agree to such a disclosure.

  • We share your information with employers who have posted job opportunities that may be of interest to you on ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV when you apply for those jobs.
  • We share your information with our service providers, which are third-party companies that assist us in delivering our products and services to you. Examples include hosting our web servers, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. These service providers will have access to your personal information as necessary to perform their functions, but they may not use that data for any other purpose.   • We may disclose such information to third parties if you consent to such disclosure. All hiring/recruiting companies registered on ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV will have access to your profile. We use data based on the interests and preferences you have expressed to determine whether you might be interested in the opportunities. We share your profile with employers. We disclose information to companies and individuals we employ to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include hosting our web servers, data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. These companies and individuals will have access to your personal information as may be necessary to perform their functions, but they may not share that information with any other third party.
  • We disclose information if legally required to do so, or at our discretion pursuant to a request from a governmental entity or if we believe in good faith after considering your privacy interests and other factors that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (b) protect our rights or property or our affiliated companies; (c) prevent a crime or protect national security; or (d) protect the personal safety of users or the public. Employers/hiring companies are registered on ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV. We share your Profile with them for you to be considered for open positions. When you share your profile directly using the tools available on ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV, the use of your information by these third parties will be governed by their own privacy policies, which are outside our responsibility and control. You can also play an important role in keeping your personal Information secure by maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords and accounts used on the Platforms. Please notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of, or breach of security relating to, your account.

While the Company takes measures to safeguard your information from unauthorized access or inappropriate use, the Company does not control these third parties, and we are not responsible for their use of the information you provided to us and you shared with them on your own.

We collect information about all our users collectively, including the areas they visit most frequently and the services they access the most. We only use such data anonymously and in the aggregate. This information helps us determine what is most beneficial for our users and how we can continually improve the overall experience for you. We may share this information with our partners, but only in the aggregate, so that they too may understand how ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV users and visitors use our website and ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV and also create a better overall experience for you. We do not disclose information about your individual visits to ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV with any outside parties, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws, rules, or regulations or in legal proceedings when such information is relevant.

ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV are job preparation, career, and recruitment platforms. We retain your personal information to assist in your career development and to facilitate hiring or other services provided by us.

We may also ask you for additional information, such as your interests, likes, and dislikes regarding the ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV website and platforms, as well as the types of jobs you are interested in, in order to deliver the best possible website experience to you. When you grant us permission, we will communicate with you regularly to provide tips, advice, and survey information on using ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV to maximize your career development. ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV also provide you with the opportunity to opt out of these types of communications. If you choose to receive these types of communications at the time of registration, but later decide you no longer want to receive them, simply log in to your ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV account and edit your profile.

The Company provides its services, and all data and information obtained and provided through these services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Company makes no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, relating to the services or Client’s use of the services, or any data or information obtained via the services or provided under this agreement and/or accuracy thereof, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, non-infringement, and/or fitness for a particular purpose.

The company has no obligation to monitor the information included in the ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV Product Platform, and it is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, applicability, or legality of any information, data, or domain. The company does not guarantee that the information provided under the Product and the ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV Platform will be error-free or that any errors will be corrected. Company shall not be liable for any damages or loss incurred to the Client or any other third party as a result of or in connection with the use of the ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV Product Platform or in connection with use of or reliance on any information derived from the ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV Product Platform. Access and use of the ZeroInOnTalent and RareCV Platform is solely at the Client’s own risk.

The organization has achieved ISO 27001:2022, which is an international standard that specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS) within the context of an organization's overall business risks.

  • Fostering a security-aware culture within the organization through employee training and awareness programs. Ensuring that employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining information security.

SOC2 Type 2

The organization has implemented SOC 2 Type 2 certification for adequate controls and safeguards to protect the security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of customer data.

  • This certification is particularly relevant for technology and cloud computing organizations that handle sensitive client information. SOC 2 Type 2 requires the establishment of an effective incident response program to identify, respond to, and report security incidents.
  • SOC 2 Type 2 certification provides a comprehensive and ongoing assessment of a service organization's information security practices, offering assurance to clients, stakeholders, and partners about the effectiveness of its controls and risk management.
  • Retention and Storage of PII

The company will retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the services available on the platform, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or until your request to terminate your account, whichever is later.

After the termination of your account or upon your consent to withdraw or opt out of using specific information/data, the company continues to use your anonymized data, aggregated or in combination with anonymized data from other users. We use this aggregated, anonymized data for analysis, profiling, and research purposes, such as gaining insights into our users and their profiles.

Some Employers who use Zeroinontalent and RareCV for hiring may store their resume databases on Zeroinontalent and RareCV servers. In such cases, the Company acts as a data processor for personal information it receives. Therefore, if a candidate intends to access, review, or correct their individual personal information, they can log in to the Zeroinontalent and RareCV account of the Employer and make the changes/corrections.

  • Access and Updating Account Information

Accessing and updating of information is limited to registered users when the user accesses the platform, the Company makes reasonable faith efforts to provide the User, as and when requested by the User, with access to his/her PII and user shall further ensure that any PII or sensitive personal data or information found to be inaccurate or deficient shall be corrected or amended as feasible, subject to any requirement for such PII or sensitive personal data or information to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes.

If you would like to modify or delete any details regarding your personal or non-personal information, or to access your information in a readable format, you can do so by accessing your account on the platform and selecting the 'Manage Your Settings' option, or by writing to us at info@scip.co.

  • Candidate Profile Visibility

Upon registration on Zeroinontalent and RareCV, all Candidates are asked to create a Rare Profile by providing certain personal information. The Candidate's Profile is shared by the Candidate and/or by Zeroinontalent and RareCV with prospective Employers registered on the Zeroinontalent and RareCV Platform.

Because managing your career is a life-long process, we retain all the information we gather about you to make your repeat use with us more efficient, practical, and relevant until you change or remove your personal data from Zeroinontalent and RareCV.

If you wish to delete or close your account or account profile information altogether, please contact us at info@scip.co. An email will be sent to you to confirm that your personal information has been deleted. We may retain your personal Zeroinontalent and RareCV data even after you have closed your Zeroinontalent and RareCV account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, investigate security incidents, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our User Agreement, or fulfill your request to "unsubscribe" from further messages from us. We will retain anonymized information after your Zeroinontalent and RareCV account has been closed.

If you previously opted to receive newsletters, commercial e-mails, or other communications from Company or third parties, but subsequently change your mind, you may opt out by editing your account profile on Zeroinontalent and RareCV.
